It is our preference that a minimum of two taster sessions with a parent/carer are accessed and a minimum of two trial sessions, where your little one will stay for 2 hours on their own. Taster sessions are free, however, trial sessions are £8 per session for all age groups, unless accessed during a mealtime, when a fee of £9 will be payable
All children accessing 2, 3 & 4 year FEYP and receiving wraparound care will be eligible for a £4.18 per hour reduction in fees. Please note that this reduction is only available during Term Time, full fees are payable during school holidays unless an arrangement has been made for your child to access stretched funding.
All meals are included in the cost of your child’s fees, consisting of breakfast, lunch and a light meal at tea time for full day and lunch with either breakfast or a light meal at tea time for children accessing half days
If your child accesses their funded hours with no wraparound care, over the lunchtime period a fee of £2.30 is payable for the cost of their lunch from the School Meals Service
All children accessing 30 hours FEYP are eligible for 30 hours funded childcare, the cost is £3.60 per day for additional services such as the provision of meals, snacks etc…
Should you access any FEYP placement, then cancel the place prior to payment from the Local Authority, you will be responsible for any outstanding costs.
