It is the intention of the management & staff of Little Oaks Childcare to provide a good quality standard of childcare that is accessible to all members of our community. With this goal in mind our policies have been written to assist in the smooth day to day running of our nursery. For over Eighteen years we have worked closely with our clients to ensure that we consider their needs and the needs of their child above all else, we believe that our policy is both efficient yet reassuringly straight forward.
We believe that we have achieved the unachievable we have created a loving homely environment which nurtures as well as educates the children in our care. Our Key Person Policy encourages a genuine and authentic relationship to develop between carefully chosen nursery nurses and your child. This ensures that every child’s care is tailored to meet their individual needs, helping them to become familiar with their new surroundings, offering them a secure base from which to explore and enhancing trusting relationships with their parents who we see as a child’s first and most enduring educator.
In addition to this, care and attention to detail have been given to the working parent resulting in a service which prepares your child for school at the age of three or four. We are unique in that we can & will accommodate shift patterns without the necessity to charge unnecessary fees, we also believe that our fee structure is fair and realistic.
We recognise that every child, for the full and harmonious development of his or her personality, should grow up in a family environment, in an atmosphere of happiness, love and understanding.
